1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Olive Oil & Salt provides a collection of online resources, including classified ads, photos, videos, forums, and various products and services, (referred to hereafter as "the Service") subject to the following Terms and Conditions of Use ("TCU"). By using the Service in any way, you are agreeing to comply with the TCU. In addition, when using particular services of Olive Oil & Salt, you agree to abide by any applicable posted guidelines for all services of Olive Oil & Salt, which may change from time to time.
Should you object to any term or condition of the TCU, any guidelines, or any subsequent modifications thereto or become dissatisfied with Olive Oil & Salt in any way, your only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of Olive Oil & Salt.
The Olive Oil & Salt has the right, but is not obligated, to strictly enforce the TCU through self-help, community moderation, active investigation, litigation and prosecution.
2. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS AGREEMENT
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise alter these terms and conditions at any time. Such modifications shall become effective immediately upon the posting thereof. You must review this agreement on a regular basis to keep yourself apprised of any changes.
3. PRIVACY AND INFORMATION DISCLOSURE
This privacy statement covers the websites owned by Olive Oil & Salt.
Olive Oil & Salt (“we” “us” “our”) values the clients’ and prospective clients’ (“you “your” “user”) trust & experience on this site. Protecting your privacy is one of our top priorities. We also appreciate and expect the same respect from our clients.
During the processing we conform to the requirements of the applicable data protection legislation. This means we:

Limit our collection of personal data to only the personal data needed for legitimate purposes;

Olive Oil & Salt, uses and protects the personal information you provide to us on our website, and in email correspondence. Olive Oil & Salt will only collect and use your personal information for purposes of booking events/seminars that you have requested. In order to purchase our products or services, it is necessary for you to disclose personal information, including your name (first name and last name), email address, phone number, and address (street, city, country, state/province, ZIP code). Immediately after successfully completing the booking/order process, we will send you an email with the review of the product/service you have selected. This email will also contain your booking/order number. You will receive this only once per transaction.
We use an outside credit card processing to bill users for goods and services such as PayPal. These companies do not retain share, store or use personal information for any other purpose.

Statistics and profiling:
We keep statistics on the use of our websites. These statistics help us, for example, to structure information and measure the performance of promotion pages. For this purpose, we use your (anonymized) IP address, mouse scrolls, clicks and keystrokes. We store this information for up to five years.
The data that you send to us when submitting forms on our website helps us, for example, to only show you information that is relevant to you. We may combine personal data to get to know more about you.
For profiling purposes, we may use your name and address details, phone number and email address. We do this on the basis of your consent. We store this information for one year. We will of course respect your privacy at all times. You have the right to ask us to remove all the data about you that we have stored.
Contact Form and Newsletter:
You can use our contact form to ask or questions or make any request.
For this purpose, we use your IP address, email address, phone number and name and address details. We do this on the basis of your consent. We store this information until we are sure that you are satisfied with our response.
We have a newsletter to inform those interested of our products and/or services. Each newsletter contains a link with which to unsubscribe from our newsletter.
Your e-mail address is added to the list of subscribers, only with your permission. We store this information for three months after you cancelled your subscription.

All of our user's information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, the expert guides, customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information. Furthermore, all employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices.
Olive Oil & Salt does not share your personal information with third-party organizations that are not involved in fulfilling the purchases you have made from without your consent.
The data collected by Olive Oil & Salt is kept safely within our offices only.
Photography is allowed for personal use, but any documenting or recording of events/seminars and/or services for publication or for any purposes beyond personal use must have prior written permission.
Any information shared by Olive Oil & Salt in writing, such as olive oil or food recommendations, recipes, and other trade secrets, shall not be photocopied or emailed to third parties by our clients. Our events/seminars and services shall not be imitated, and our name shall not be used to label services or entities not provided and/or approved by Olive Oil & Salt.
Our Privacy Policy is in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016 679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
4. COOKIES
Our websites and/or our Service Providers' websites use "cookies." A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your computer's hard drive.

5. BOOKINGS
Online bookings are accepted only through our site http://www.oliveoil-salt.com and require payment at moment of booking by credit card or bank transfer.
You can also attend event/seminar without prior booking if there’s still room, but we highly recommend booking ahead if at all possible.
6. CANCELLATION & REFUND PLOICY
Should you be unable to attend, your payment will be refunded or partially refunded according to the following system:
Your payment is not refundable in case of cancelation minimum 7 days prior to the seminars / events, however you can reschedule for the next seminars / events upon availability
Your payment is not refundable in case of no show or cancelation within 7 days prior to the seminars / events
Please notice that it is your own responsibility to be on time for event/seminar. We do not refund if you are late.
